Hotel Grand Pacific Victoria, Victoria

The hotel provided a clean room, but it was priced higher than expected. Despite feeling tired, the staff was friendly and professional. The location was convenient, especially for ferry travelers, and the dining experience was prompt and good.

The hotel room was spacious, filled with luxury items, and had a captivating view of Victoria's Harbour and the Parliament Buildings. However, the bathroom amenities were not up to par, and the whole floor was blocked by the hotel sign on the 2nd floor.

The hotel has clean and extremely comfortable rooms, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic for exploring Victoria and offers a wonderful view of the harbor and Parliament building. The dining options are good overall but could use some improvements. The facilities provided are great value for money.

My stay at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were very spacious and clean, and all staff members I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my happiness and satisfaction. The room I stayed in was appointed with comfort in mind, offering magnificent views of the harbour and Downtown. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I could even watch the seaplanes and the arrival of the Coho from Port Angeles as the room overlooked The Inner Harbour.
